・สามารถเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าในกรณีดังต่อไปนี้:

ลูกค้าได้รับสินค้าไม่ตรงตามคำสั่งซื้อที่ระบุไว้ (เช่น สี หรือรุ่นผิดจากที่สั่ง)

สินค้ามีความเสียหายหรือชำรุดก่อนการใช้งานจริง

・Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

The customer receives an item that does not match the order (e.g., wrong color or model).

The item is damaged or defective prior to use.

・Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt. Please contact our customer service team with relevant evidence within this timeframe.

・If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will consider suitable alternatives on a case-by-case basis.

※ We accept returns or exchanges only if the product itself is damaged. If the outer packaging is damaged but the product inside remains intact, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
