・Payment can be made via PayPal or credit/debit card. Product prices, including shipping fees (if applicable), are charged in Japanese Yen (JPY) as displayed on the website.

・Orders will be prepared and shipped within 5–10 days after you receive an order confirmation email from our staff.

・在收到工作人員發送的訂單確認電子郵件後，訂單將在 5–10 天內準備並發貨。由泰國寄出。

※ 訂單若是有超出原定運費情況，客服將會聯繫客戶，確定訂單並收取運費價差。

※ 偏遠地區或標準配送區域以外的地點可能會收取額外運費。

・สามารถเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าในกรณีดังต่อไปนี้:

1. ลูกค้าได้รับสินค้าไม่ตรงตามคำสั่งซื้อที่ระบุไว้ (เช่น สี หรือรุ่นผิดจากที่สั่ง)
2. สินค้ามีความเสียหายหรือชำรุดก่อนการใช้งานจริง

・รับเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้า ภายใน 7 วันนับจากวันที่ลูกค้าได้รับพัสดุ ทั้งนี้กรุณาติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่พร้อมแนบหลักฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องภายในระยะเวลาดังกล่าว

・ในกรณีที่สินค้าที่ต้องการเปลี่ยนหมดสต็อก ทางบริษัทจะพิจารณาทางเลือกที่เหมาะสมตามแต่ละกรณี

※ ทางร้านยินดีรับเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าในกรณีที่ตัวสินค้ามีความเสียหายเท่านั้น หากบรรจุภัณฑ์ภายนอกเกิดความชำรุดแต่สินค้าภายในยังอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ จะไม่อยู่ในเงื่อนไขการเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้า

※ เพื่อป้องกันความผิดพลาดที่อาจเกิดขึ้น ขอความกรุณาลูกค้าถ่ายวิดีโอขณะแกะพัสดุไว้เป็นหลักฐาน หากต้องการดำเนินการเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าในภายหลัง

・Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

1. The customer receives an item that does not match the order (e.g., wrong color or model).
2. The item is damaged or defective prior to use.

・Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt. Please contact our customer service team with relevant evidence within this timeframe.

・If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will consider suitable alternatives on a case-by-case basis.

※ We accept returns or exchanges only if the product itself is damaged. If the outer packaging is damaged but the product inside remains intact, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

※ To help prevent any issues, we kindly ask customers to record a video while unboxing as proof, in case a return or exchange is necessary.

・在以下條件下接受退貨或換貨：

　2. 商品在使用前損壞或有缺陷。
・退貨或換貨的請求必須在收到商品後 7 天內提出。請在此期間聯繫客服團隊並提供相關證明/開箱影片。
・如果所請求的替換商品缺貨，我們將根據具體情況考慮合適的替代產品。
※ 我們僅接受產品本身損壞的退貨或換貨。如果外包裝損壞但內部產品完好，則不接受退貨或換貨。
※ 為了避免訂單問題，請客戶在開箱時錄製影片作為證據，以備需要退貨或換貨時使用。
